Application tracker

The Tracker is your pipeline for every role you save from Jobs or add manually.

Overview stats

At the top you see counts for:

• Total applications
• Applied
• Interviews
• Offers

These update as you change statuses.

Find and organize applications

Search

Filter by job title or company name using the search box.

Status filter

Show all applications or filter by one status:

• Saved
• Preparing
• Applied
• Online Assessment
• Interview
• Offer
• Rejected
• Withdrawn

Sort

• Saved date (newest or oldest)
• Alphabetical (A–Z or Z–A)
• By status

Per-application actions

Select an application to:

1. Change status — move through your pipeline (Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer, etc.).
2. Set a deadline — date picker for follow-ups or application due dates.
3. Edit notes — free-text notes visible only to you.
4. Open job URL — link to the original posting.
5. Delete — remove the application and its timeline.

Timeline

Each application has a timeline of events:

• Application added
• Status changes
• Notes you add

You can delete individual timeline entries where the UI allows it.

Deep links

Share or bookmark a specific application:

/tracker?applicationId={id}

The page scrolls to and highlights that entry. Tailored resume drafts may link back here.

Email reminders

If you enable deadline reminders in Settings, BoardingPass emails you before upcoming deadlines on tracker entries.

Empty state

If you have no applications yet, use the link to Jobs and Save your first role.
