Finding jobs

BoardingPass searches real company career sites using an agent — not generic job boards. Results are ranked against your profile.

How to search

1. Open Jobs.
2. Pick a company from the curated list (each maps to a live career portal).
3. Enter keywords — role title, skill, or team name.
4. Click Search.

Search timing

Live agent searches typically take 30–90 seconds. The page polls until results are ready. You can leave the tab open while it runs.

Understanding results

Each result shows:

• Job title and company
• Summary of the role
• Match badge — roles ranked Recommended for you when they align with your skills and profile keywords
• Apply link — opens the official posting on the company site

Save a job to your tracker

1. Log in (guests can search but cannot save).
2. Click Save on a result you want to track.
3. BoardingPass creates a tracker entry automatically — company, title, and URL are prefilled.

Unsave removes the saved job from your tracker list.

Next steps

After saving jobs:

1. Open Tracker to update status and add notes.
2. Use Resume Lab to tailor your resume for a saved role.
3. Set a deadline on the tracker entry if the posting has a closing date.
