Enable your public profile

  1. Open Dashboard → Account details.
  2. Claim a username if you have not already.
  3. Turn on public recruiter profile.
  4. Click Copy share link — format: https://boardingpass.work/{your-username}.
  5. Use Preview to see what recruiters see.

Share the link in applications, email signatures, or LinkedIn.

Note

Legacy links at /profile/{uuid} still work — they redirect to your username URL.

What recruiters see

Your public page at /{username} includes:

Project highlights

When you have public projects, recruiters see a Project highlights strip on profile load — above the Overview and Projects tabs. It surfaces up to three featured projects (or your top public projects) with cover images, roles, and skill chips. Use View all projects to jump to the full Projects tab.

Public project pages

When you enable a public project page, recruiters can open:

https://boardingpass.work/{username}/{project-slug}

Each page can include a cover image, summary, highlights, and resource links. Edit pages from Projects.

What recruiters do not see

  • Tracker applications, statuses, or notes
  • Private notification history
  • Draft resumes not published to your profile
  • Unapproved challenge submissions
  • Private projects (is_public off)

Tip

Finish partner challenges and opt in to gallery review to showcase portfolio work. Approved work may appear on your public profile even while the Experience gallery tab is still rolling out.

Best practices

  1. Complete your dashboard — empty sections show as empty on the public page.
  2. Claim a memorable username — short, professional, easy to type.
  3. Add LinkedIn and GitHub — recruiters expect quick links to verify your background.
  4. Publish at least one project page — structured proof beats a link list alone.
  5. Finish at least one challenge — differentiates you from resume-only candidates.
