The Experience engine offers hands-on challenges across four verticals. Platform challenges include a project manual and deliverables list; you submit a project link when done.

Open Experience to see published challenges grouped by kind:

  • Software — repos, demos, technical deliverables
  • UI/UX — design files and prototypes
  • Slide deck — presentation deliverables
  • Marketing — campaigns and creative work

Click a challenge for the full project manual, deliverables, estimated hours, difficulty, categories, partner details, and any linked event registration.

Partner profiles

Partner-hosted challenges link to a public org page at /experience/partners/{slug}:

  • Org logo, name, website, and about text
  • All published challenges scoped to that partner
  • Shareable URL for LMS, email, or QR codes

Open a challenge and click the Partner card in the sidebar to visit the org hub.

Start a platform challenge

  1. Open a challenge at /experience/challenges/{slug}.
  2. Read the project manual and deliverables.
  3. Click Start challenge to open the submission workspace.
  4. Add your project link and click Submit project.

Note

You must be logged in to start or continue a submission.

Platform challenges do not use gallery review or partner scoring. Your progress shows as complete after you submit.

Teams

Some challenges support teams:

  • Create team — get an invite code to share with teammates.
  • Join team — enter an invite code from a teammate.

Partner challenge workflow

Partner-hosted challenges use a longer review path:

Draft

  • Edit title, summary, portfolio URL, and cover image (max 2 MB).
  • Save draft at any time.
  • Click Preview (lock) when ready to review.

Preview

  • Fields are locked so you see exactly what reviewers will get.
  • Back to draft to make changes.
  • Submit for review — requires a portfolio URL.

Submitted

  • Awaiting admin approval for partner challenges.

Deliverables vary by challenge — common examples include GitHub repo links, demo videos, and Figma files.

Public gallery

The Gallery tab on Experience is still coming soon in the student hub UI.

In the meantime:

  • Platform challenges complete immediately after submit — no gallery queue.
  • Partner challenges go through admin review; approved work can appear on your public profile and as project pages.
  • Opt in to gallery sharing when submitting partner work (consent required).

Use Experience → My work (login required) to continue drafts and see submitted platform challenges.
