Onboarding (5 steps)

Onboarding builds the profile used for job matching and resume generation. Each step has Skip for now if you want to fill in details later.

StepRouteWhat you add
1/onboarding/educationSchool, degree, field, dates
2/onboarding/skillsSkill names and proficiency
3/onboarding/experienceRoles, orgs, descriptions
4/onboarding/projectsPortfolio projects and links
5/onboarding/resumeUpload a PDF resume (optional, max 2 MB)

When you finish step 5 (or upload/skip resume), you arrive at the Dashboard.

LinkedIn import (optional)

At any time you can import profile data from LinkedIn at /onboarding/import. This uses a separate LinkedIn connection from sign-in and lets you preview fields before saving to your dashboard.

What to do next

  1. Complete your profile on the Dashboard — claim a username, add links, enable your public recruiter profile.
  2. Search jobs on Jobs — pick a company, search the catalog, save roles you like.
  3. Track applications on Tracker — list or kanban view, status, notes, deadlines.
  4. Try a challenge on Experience — build portfolio proof beyond a resume alone.
  5. Open Resume Lab at Dashboard → Resume Lab when you are ready to review or tailor your resume.
