A hand-designed ESP32 controller PCB with its own 12 V buck converter for a data-centre cooling and scheduling demo.

Overview

Own 12 V buck converter on the board, instead of a bought-in module
Fused 12 V input with bulk capacitance
INA219 power monitor: per-rack voltage, current and power
MOSFET-switched heater and fan outputs, with diodes across the inductive loads
Servo output for a 3D-printed passive-cooling louver vent
DS18B20 temperature input for closed-loop thermal feedback
Test points on the power and signal nets
ESP32 DevKit footprint with GPIO breakout, UART, I2C and a marked antenna keep-out zone
