These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoardingPass platform (the "Platform") operated by BoardingPass ("BoardingPass", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BoardingPass operates a platform for career profile building, job search, and application tracking. The Platform includes features such as resume parsing, AI-powered resume assistance (subject to monthly credit limits on the Free plan), job matching from synced official job catalogs, experience challenges, public recruiter profiles, and public project portfolio pages.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using BoardingPass, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
BoardingPass may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or Platform policies.
You agree not to:
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited purposes • Impersonate any person or entity • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Submit fraudulent job applications or misrepresent qualifications • Use AI-generated content to deceive employers • Submit plagiarized or unoriginal work for challenges • Attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with Platform security
User Content: • You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform • You grant us a license to use, display, and process your content to provide the Service • You represent that you have the right to submit such content • You grant other users the right to view your public gallery submissions
AI-Generated Content: • AI-generated resume suggestions are provided for advisory purposes only • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content • You must not present AI-generated content as entirely your own work without disclosure
Partner Content: • Partner organizations retain ownership of their challenge content • Partner evaluation criteria and rubrics are confidential • You may not reproduce or redistribute partner content without permission
BoardingPass Content: • We retain all rights to the Platform, including software, designs, and trademarks • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BoardingPass makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of job postings, or employment outcomes.
AI suggestions are advisory and not professional career advice. You should review all AI-generated content carefully and seek professional advice as needed.
BoardingPass may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
The Free plan includes limits on saved jobs, saved resumes, and monthly AI credits. Pro plan features may be offered in the future. AI credit consumption is logged for billing and abuse prevention. Resume PDF uploads are limited to 2 MB per file.
We may change plan limits with reasonable notice where required by law.
The Platform integrates with third-party services (LinkedIn, job boards, OAuth providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BoardingPass does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardingPass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
BoardingPass's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BoardingPass in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoardingPass from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Employer organisation job applications: • Employer organisations that post jobs on BoardingPass receive applicant snapshots only for recruitment review • Employers must use applicant data only for lawful hiring purposes and comply with applicable employment and data protection laws • Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions and communications with applicants
Challenge Participation: • By participating in challenges, you agree to the specific rules of each challenge • Submitting a challenge constitutes your consent for the hosting partner organisation to receive and process your submission (project details, links, questionnaire answers, and profile identifiers needed for evaluation) for evaluation and recruitment purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy • Partners may use challenge submissions for recruitment purposes within the scope of the challenge • You grant partners the right to review and evaluate your submissions
Public Gallery (separate opt-in): • Featuring your submission in the public gallery requires a separate explicit opt-in at submission time • Submitting a challenge does not automatically make your work public or grant gallery display rights • Gallery featuring is subject to review and approval by BoardingPass
Evaluation Process: • Challenge evaluations are subjective and final • We are not responsible for evaluation outcomes or decisions • Partners may have different evaluation criteria and processes
Prizes and Awards: • If prizes or awards are offered, they are subject to specific challenge terms • We are not responsible for prize fulfillment unless explicitly stated
BoardingPass may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for operational, legal, or compliance reasons.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately, subject to completion of outstanding transactions or legal obligations. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
BoardingPass may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
